Sanchit is an aspiring Product Manager with over 5 years of experience in cybersecurity domain as an engineer. He possesses a strong interest in technological transformations and their applications in daily life, which fuels his continuous learning cycle. His experience includes working in Device Discovery, Network Segmentation, Identity and Access Control, Network Visibility and Segmentation, SOCs, SIEM, Compliance Enforcement, and Cloud Security capabilities across multi-cloud environments. Sanchit's strengths lie in ensuring product/market fit and setting feature priorities with a winning strategy, and his recent experience involves integrating PRISMA Cloud (Palo Alto Networks Cloud Security offering) with Google Cloud Marketplace. The entire process involving cross-functional communication, defining requirements, owning the feature, and implementing it helped him build on his prior experience and learn how to launch at scale. Currently, Sanchit is a Master’s in Product Management candidate at Carnegie Mellon University, where he is focusing on product design and business courses to sharpen his skills as a PM. He is seeking Product Management Intern roles for Summer’20 and is interested in exploring opportunities in cybersecurity, e-commerce retail, fintech, AgriTech, and consumer products. In his previous roles, Sanchit has worked as a Product Manager II and Product Manager Intern at Intuit, where he worked in Trust and Safety and Office of the President. He was responsible for customer discovery, prioritization and roadmap, early concept prototyping, and vendor engagement. Sanchit holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Punjab Engineering College and is expected to complete his Master's degree in Product Management from Carnegie Mellon University in December 2021. His technical skills include product management, product design, and integration, and he has relevant experience of 5.28 years.
