Sanchit is a highly skilled UI Engineer and UI Architect with a keen interest in Micro Frontends, Web Accessibility, and DevOps Engineering. He is a technology enthusiast who is always on the lookout for new challenges that can help him grow as a professional. Currently working as a Senior Frontend Engineer and UI Architect at Rise People, Sanchit has been instrumental in designing and developing micro frontends based all-in-one people platforms for the entire suite of web apps. He has extensive experience in using Single SPA and Qiankun to containerize different JavaScript framework apps and has implemented best practices and standards for frontends to develop a coherent system of React Apps. Sanchit has also customized Ant Design components to create the Rise Design Library and has built Web Components, wrote Storybook, and published NPM packages. In his first quarter at Rise People, Sanchit won 15+ recognitions, the highest anyone has won in the organization. Prior to his current role, Sanchit worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at Publicis Sapient, where he worked on e-Commerce B2B B&R modules for the largest US telecom client. He developed front-end applications using Angular 10 and wrote unit tests and technical specifications. He also worked as a Senior Frontend Developer (R&D) at ABB, where he was the lead front-end developer on two products targeted for startups in Europe. Sanchit built custom UI components and libraries that could be shared across a common platform, provided support for i18n, and implemented micro frontend architecture. He also worked closely with Design Group Italia/UX designers to translate design mockups/wireframes to functional user interfaces. Sanchit holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from Graphic Era Hill University and completed his schooling from The Asian School, where he received ICSE and ISC degrees in Science.
