Sanchit Tayal is a highly enthusiastic DevOps Engineer with over 4.5 years of industry experience in managing CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure management, cloud cluster network architectures, and monitoring. He is proficient in architecting and automating cloud infrastructure with Amazon Web Services (AWS), Kubernetes, Terraform, Ansible, and Gitlab. Sanchit has worked with a service-based company, a search-based managed product, and is currently working with an e-commerce website for providing health and wellness consumer products. He is responsible for the functioning of Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines of Kubernetes cluster. In his past experience, Sanchit worked as a Cloud DevOps Engineer at SearchStax, a US-based startup company that offers search software solutions and managed Solr/ElasticSearch infrastructure. He successfully handled the project for Disaster Recovery of AWS cloud-based infrastructure and client custom deployments. He automated processes to help the company get SOC2 certified and took ownership to help in the cost optimization across cloud providers. He also managed Solr/Elasticsearch services for over 1500 servers in the Operations team with a >99% SLA over 24 months. Sanchit has also worked as a Systems Engineer at Infosys Limited, an Indian multinational information technology company. He was hired on a secondment basis to work for DBS bank for the operations team. His main responsibility was to manage the networking for the cloud infrastructure team and implement the best practices of the banking solution, FINACLE.
