Sandeep Akula is a Senior QA Engineer at Mutual Mobile with over 15 years of relevant experience in the field. He was responsible for executing the test plan against the application downloaded on to the mobile handsets over the Qualcomms Over the AIR (OTA) network, adhoc testing on the application to make sure the application meets the TBT criteria, thorough testing of the application based on the specification document verifying the licensing features and subscription-based price plan of the application features, and testing the application making use of the tools provided by the Qualcomm which tests the applications standard to meet the TBT standard. Sandeep also worked at Bank of America as a Team Developer where he was responsible for day-to-day functional supervision of teams. He prepared the consolidation reports by daily, weekly, and monthly reports by using MS-Excel, monitored and maintained production and quality as per defined standards, kept track of production targets and revised the targets once it achieved periodically, supervised team adherence to schedules and rosters, and gave process training for new agents & gave quality feedback to the team members regularly. Sandeep holds a Master of Computer Applications degree from Sikkim Manipal University of Health, Medical and Technological Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Jagruthi Degree and PG College, and an MPC from Ideal Junior College.
