Sandeep Deshmukh is a highly experienced Delivery Head and Design Thinker with excellent management capabilities. Currently serving as the Vice President - Delivery Head for Europe, South Africa, and the US at HiTech Mfg Accounts, Sandeep has a proven track record of managing Commerce platforms of Fortune 50 companies. With the ability to grow engagements from a few associates to multi-million dollars, he has successfully handled very large development, operations, and testing engagements with teams spread across multiple locations. Apart from his primary role, Sandeep is also handling an additional charge as the Product Owner for the organization's crowd-sourcing platform. His goal is to have a highly motivated and engaged team with a sense of ownership inculcated, establish an excellent Commerce group in the organization that can bring in huge business and propel growth, and make this group the most innovative in the organization and make it a culture. Additionally, he has a patent in progress. Before joining HiTech Mfg Accounts, Sandeep worked with Mahindra Consulting Ltd as a Software Engineer - Programmer. He holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology from Indira Gandhi National Open University, a diploma in Advance Computing from Maharashtra Institute of Technology, Bandra, and a BE in Electronics from Shivaji University and Walchand College of Engg, Sangli. He has also completed a Strategic Thinking and Innovation course and a Leadership program from the Indian School of Business. Sandeep's tech stack includes Software Engineering and Testing, and he has relevant experience of 19.96 years in the industry.
