Sandeep Gupta is a highly experienced management and technical professional with over 25 years of experience in people, product, and project management and delivery. He is currently the Founder and CMD of 3ST Technologies, where he manages a team of engineers in areas such as VLSI training, research, and projects, MATLAB training, research, and projects, embedded training, research, and projects, automation services work for the auto industry, PCB designing, and software services solutions based on PHP/MySQL/Java/Angular JS. Sandeep has managed and executed numerous technical projects with varied team sizes for product development companies. He has also managed a large set of product change requests (bugs) for simulation products as Manager at Cadence. He has done international calling and customer interaction all over the world and across various product teams. Sandeep has conducted more than 200 interviews for candidate hiring and has complete ownership of project deliverables, management, quality, and scheduling. With a strong technical background, Sandeep has expertise in solution designing, development, and management of features of HDL’s like Verilog, VHDL, System Verilog, SVA/PSL Assertions in RTL Simulation product, and verification using SVA/PSL Assertions/System Verilog. He has also served as a Member Technical Board PSL LRM committee from 2007-2008 and contributed. Sandeep has executed memory and performance improvements in NCSIM product at Cadence and re-architected elaborator phases to make it highly memory and performance efficient. He has sound knowledge of RTL Simulation, FPGA/ASIC Synthesis, and net-based applications. Sandeep has taught System Verilog for HEP program at Mentor Graphics and delivered VLSI awareness seminars in various engineering colleges across India. He has also developed/taught courses like VHDL, Verilog, SystemVerilog, Perl, Linux, C&DS, C++. Sandeep holds an M.Tech. in Computer Applications from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, an M.Sc. in Mathematics from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B.Sc. (Hons.) in Mathematics from Delhi University. He also completed XII from Harcourt Butler Senior Secondary School. Sandeep's technical skills include research scientist, PHP, MySQL, Java, product manager, senior software engineer, AngularJS, and web. He has relevant experience of 31.54 years.
