Currently, Sandeep works as a Software Developer at Clearwater Analytics, a Cloud-based SaaS provider of web-based investment portfolio accounting, reporting, and reconciliation services for institutional investors. At Clearwater Analytics, Sandeep has been working on migrating on-premises applications to Google Cloud. His roles include analyzing the existing on-prem architecture of the applications, effectively coordinating with other stakeholders for gathering requirements, coding, testing, and everything involved in getting the application to production. Sandeep has extensive experience in creating containerized applications for distributed systems using Docker and Kubernetes. He has also worked with several frameworks like Spring Boot for application development, Swagger for API documentation, and Robot Framework for automation testing. Prior to Clearwater Analytics, Sandeep worked at ION Trading as a Software Developer, where he was working on an application RANSys that was a derivatives backend settlement system. He was responsible for requirement gathering, analyzing the requirement, and estimating efforts in man days. Sandeep also provided the required help in migration, right from discussing the architecture among the team to releasing it in production. He has also worked at Tata Consultancy Services as a Reconciliation Analyst, where he used to work as a reconciliation developer, using IntelliMatch, for its client Royal Bank of Canada situated in London. Sandeep holds a B.Tech degree in Computer Science & Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Srinagar. He has a strong technical background and is proficient in technologies like Kubernetes, Docker, ML, Spring Boot, Spring, Web, Java, and Backend.
