Currently, Sandeep is a Staff Software Engineer at Merit Incentives, where he is responsible for developing and maintaining software systems that support business objectives. In his previous role as Lead Software Engineer at CAFU, Sandeep was responsible for fulfillment and improving operational efficiencies. He built tech that scaled fulfillment from 10 million liters per annum to over 300 million liters. Sandeep also worked on automating dispatch, matching, and routing, and collaborated with internal teams to improve efficiencies and achieve operational excellence. As a Member of Technical Staff at Careem, Sandeep was a part of the founding team responsible for launching Careem Bus in the MENA region. He integrated Commut and Careem systems, led a team of five to build systems that scaled Careem Bus to over a million bookings in six months, and developed applications and tools to support Careem Bus Launch in six markets. Sandeep was also responsible for process automation and optimizing operations. Sandeep holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from the International Institute of Information Technology, where he graduated in 2014. He also completed his SSC from City Central High School in 2007. Sandeep has a wide range of technical skills and is proficient in software engineering and senior software engineering.
