Sandeep Kaushik is a highly motivated and skilled Product Manager with over 4 years of experience in program management, strategy, and pre-sales operations. He holds a Masters in Management degree from SJMSOM, IIT Bombay, and a graduation degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering. Sandeep has worked as a program manager with World Youth Council, a subsidiary of the UN, where he gained valuable experience in working with people from diverse backgrounds across nationalities, economic sects, and custodians of responsibilities. Sandeep's passion for constant up-skilling has kept him in good stead during his MBA internships where he explored two distinct functions - strategy with Capgemini and pre-sales and operations with Amul. His insatiable curiosity has always compelled him to explore divergent tangents since early student life, like being the team lead of the R&D cell as well as the literature club, during his engineering tenure. Sandeep is a persuasive and skilled negotiator who has honed his skills of efficiently conveying his ideas as well as the ability to drive conversations amongst larger groups with disparate biases.
