Sandeep Kumar is a highly experienced computer engineer turned computational scientist with over 6 years of relevant experience in the field of Machine Learning, Data Science, Python, TensorFlow, Computer Vision, Django, and GCP. He has a Ph.D. in Predictive Modeling from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay, where he developed algorithms mimicking the behavior of cancer cells, and his research work has been accepted in top-tier scientific journals including Nature. Sandeep started his career working extensively on embedded device-based automation systems and machine learning during his undergraduate studies. He later joined Tata Consultancy Services Ltd, where he worked on the automated tracking of Microsoft's online services including MSN and Windows 8 App Store. Inspired by the computing abilities of biological systems, Sandeep pursued a Ph.D. in Biophysics, where he developed algorithms mimicking the behavior of cancer cells. Recently, Sandeep developed an AI-powered cloud-based application and new machine learning algorithms for rapid and intuitive analysis of 20000-dimensional datasets. He has received awards from premier research institutes from India, UK, Germany, Italy, and the USA. Currently, Sandeep is an Entrepreneur In Residence at tandemlaunch, where he is working on venture development, federated learning, and spike neural network. He has previously worked as an Independent Consultant (Machine Learning) and participated in the Entrepreneurship Training Program at tandemlaunch. Sandeep's technical skills include expertise in ML, Computer Vision, Python, Django, Data Scientist, TensorFlow, GCP, Research Scientist, AI, and Neural Networks.
