With over 10 years of experience, Sandeep has worked on a range of engineering problems, including high-performance scalable systems, real-time communication systems, advertising, real-time bidding, and ad-serving infrastructure, and data analytics. Currently, Sandeep serves as the Head of Engineering for NetSpring, where he leads the India Engineering team. In this role, he is responsible for building and managing a team of engineers, driving innovation, and delivering high-quality products and services. Prior to joining NetSpring, Sandeep held several leadership positions at ThoughtSpot, a search-based analytical tool for large-scale data. During his six years at ThoughtSpot, Sandeep led and managed several major projects, including the Embrace project, which involved re-architecting the entire ThoughtSpot stack to provide analytical capability on top of cloud data warehouses like Snowflake, Redshift, and Google BigQuery. Sandeep's expertise extends to a range of technologies, including infra, integration, Snowflake, data warehouse, and search. He is a skilled Senior Software Engineer with relevant experience of 13.62 years. Throughout his career, Sandeep has demonstrated a strong commitment to building and managing successful engineering teams. He has a proven track record of hiring and onboarding new engineers, as well as developing and mentoring existing team members. Sandeep is a natural problem solver, and he enjoys tackling complex engineering challenges head-on.
