Sandeep Kumar is a seasoned Quality Assurance professional with over 6 years of experience in software and manual testing. He is well-versed in various testing techniques such as re-testing, smoke testing, sanity testing, unit testing, integration testing, database testing, white box, black box, grey box, GUI testing, component testing, end-to-end testing, user acceptance testing, negative testing, recovery testing, load testing, stress testing, volume testing, and security testing. Sandeep has a strong understanding of STLC, SDLC, waterfall, and V model. At present, Sandeep is working as a Senior Professional at Capgemini. In his current role, he is responsible for configuration, upgrade, and updates of virtual machines as well as bare-metal machines. He created release guides and updated Jira for every sprint in the project for the end-user. Prior to Wipro, Sandeep worked at OTSI - Object Technology Solutions as a Software Engineer. Here, he worked for Airtel Africa client as a functional and non-functional tester for Ericsson IN charging System before deployment in the network. He also worked as an L2 support in Ericsson IN charging system and handled multiple emergencies. Sandeep has experience in acceptance testing on OCC, SDP before deployment in the network and end-to-end testing. Sandeep holds an Engineer’s Degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from GLA. He is proficient in Kubernetes, SQL, Docker, Jenkins, and integration.
