Sandeep is an expert in Data Architecture, Engineering & Ecosystem, Cloud Computing, Web Analytics, Business Intelligence & Dashboards, Machine Learning / Deep Learning/ NLP, External data partnerships & APIs, and has a keen interest in InsureTech / FinTech. He is responsible for identifying business opportunities, recommending the right analytics/ digital solution, and leading cross-functional teams to design and implement the end solution. Sandeep is passionate about democratizing Analytics and sharing and establishing best practices across countries to evangelize Aegon towards a data-driven organization. He has extensive experience in Cross-functional team management, Digital Performance Marketing & Analytics, Marketing Technologies, Social Media Marketing/ Listening & Analytics, Underwriting & Fraud Analytics, and has worked with some of the leading companies in the industry. Sandeep holds a B.Tech -M.Tech (Dual) degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur. He has a strong TechStack including AI, ML, NLP, Deep Learning, Computer Vision, Image Processing, Web, Python, Random Forest, and test.
