With over 15 years of relevant experience, Sandeep has a proven track record of building software engineering teams and solutions from scratch, often with a frugal budget and tight timelines. As a very hands-on engineer, architect, and mentor, Sandeep shapes teams that are self-managed and capable of taking projects from concept to prototype, prototype to release, release to scale, and release to steady state with monitoring, support, tuning, and total pivot at times. He excels at delivering ambitious and often ambiguous user stories with predictability and quality in two-week sprints. Currently, Sandeep serves as the SVP of Mirae Asset Capital Markets (India) Pvt. Ltd. Prior to this, he held executive positions at Yes Securities and Eagleview, where he was responsible for leading engineering teams and driving innovation. Sandeep holds a B.Tech in Computer Science from IIT and completed his secondary education at Kendriya Vidyalaya. He has a diverse tech stack that includes Senior Software Engineer, Java, Python, Backend, Software Engineer, SQL, MongoDB, iOS, AWS, Frontend, QA, Microservices, Postgres, and Web.
