Sandeep Pandey is an experienced product leader with a successful track record in developing world-class B2B products and B2C offerings. He is skilled in market research, business analysis, product strategy and roadmap planning, agile methodologies, user experience (UX), and product development. With over 19 years of relevant experience, Sandeep has hands-on experience in web development stacks, APIs, databases, and data analysis tools. Currently, Sandeep is the Head of Product at Edelweiss General Insurance Company Limited. In his role, he is responsible for driving the product strategy and execution for the company. Prior to this, he was the Product Head at Coverfox Insurance, India's largest and rapidly growing B2B platform for insurance agents, where he played a key role in product strategy and execution. Under his leadership, the platform sold close to 1 million policies in 2019 with 3x growth in collected premium. Sandeep is also an entrepreneur and has founded HealthClues, a health-tech platform that facilitated more than 10K+ second-opinion consultations to help people make well-informed health decisions. He has a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from The University of Chicago - Booth School of Business, where he specialized in entrepreneurship and finance. He also holds a B.Tech and M.Tech degree in Biochemical Engineering and Biotechnology from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi. Sandeep's tech stack includes product management, senior software engineering, web development, and research science.
