Sandeep Pandey is an accomplished Product Owner/Manager with over 13 years of experience in the healthcare and security industry. He is currently working at Philips, where he is responsible for implementing process improvements, product development, conveying the vision and goals, creating and maintaining the Product Backlog, prioritizing and sequencing the Backlog according to business value or ROI, anticipating user needs, iteration execution, optimizing the value of the work of development team, negotiating with internal and external stakeholders, and analyzing online platforms.
