Sandeep Pandey is an experienced Product Manager with a strong background in digital product management and business solutioning. Currently working with Acko, Sandeep has previously worked with Aditya Birla as a Product Manager where he was responsible for driving the product and integration roadmap, ensuring accurate and timely requirement collation, and managing product requirement definition and feature identification for future initiatives. He also led development and QA teams to realize the goals of the product and set up and monitored key metrics of digital product with the help of business intelligence and analytics. Before his stint at Aditya Birla, Sandeep worked as a Strategy Development Intern with Muthoot Fincorp where he conducted market research across 124 branches covering North, West, and South zones and devised short, medium and long term strategy to improve product positioning, product visibility, product awareness, and service awareness and communication channel of the division. Four of the proposed 15 strategies were implemented immediately. Sandeep holds a Post Graduate Program in Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Sirmaur, and a Master of Business Administration in Innovation in Service Management and International Business from SDA Bocconi. He also holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from UEC, Ujjain, and a High School degree in PCM from Christu Jyoti Convent School. Sandeep's technical skills include product management, test, QA, integration, and research scientist.
