Sandeep Raju is a co-founder and board member of Samaaru, a farmer-centric agri value chain services platform aimed at making farming a desirable occupation in India. With over 24 years of relevant experience, Sandeep serves as the PV incubation lead on Samaaru India, overseeing platform services, new business incubation, and investor relations. He also serves as a board member on Samaaru Holding AG. Prior to Samaaru, Sandeep was the Chairman of Kreskado, a private venture development boutique, and Synthara AG, a spin-off from the Institute of Neuroinformatics (ETH-UZH) in Zurich that offers adaptive AI chips for edge computing. The commercialization of these designs is supported by the European Space Agency, EU Horizon 2020, the Swiss National Science Foundation, and the Swiss Innovation Agency. Sandeep has a diverse educational background, including a Part-time Executive Masters in Public Policy and Economic Development from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), a PGDM from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Madras. He also attended Kendriya Vidyalaya for his secondary education. Sandeep's tech stack includes AI, and his expertise in the field is evident from his work with Synthara AG and Samaaru. Sandeep's passion for agriculture and technology has led him to dedicate his career to creating innovative solutions that benefit farmers and the agricultural industry as a whole.
