Sandeep is a generalist and autodidact who loves exploring and learning new things and solving problems. He is passionate about building communities and has a mixed-methods approach to help companies across diverse domains respond to and engage with complex problems. Sandeep's approach to problem-solving changed when he realized that at the core of almost every problem is the complexity of human interactions. Since then, he has focused on understanding and responding to the "people problems" in organizations, i.e., how they organize, make decisions together and move forward despite their differences, with a focus on being efficient, effective, responsive, and adaptive.
