He has extensive experience in the development of APIs and microservices in software-defined networking, particularly in the 5G domain. Sandeep is proficient in C, C++ 17, Python, and Java. His industrial experience is aligned with the development of secure next-generation wireless network functions and is based on technologies such as NFV, containerization, and services over cloud (SaaS, PaaS, and IaaS). Sandeep's interest in the domain is fueled by measures against security breaches and protected cloud infrastructures making use of generative ML models. For the past few years, he has been associated with research and publications in the field of information extraction and textual data recognition and deployment of ML algorithms in intrusion prevention systems. He is a Software Engineer, ML, Research Scientist, and Microservices expert. Sandeep's current role is with mavenir as a Member of Technical Staff R&D, where he is involved in the development of cloud-native software. Previously, he worked as a Graduate Software Engineer with mavenir, where his work focused on Research and Development in Access and Mobility Management Functions (AMF) NF of 5G architecture. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Rourkela.
