Sandeep Somu is an upcoming SDE at Amazon and a current CS grad student at Arizona State University. He has a strong background in software engineering, having worked at Wipro for over three years, where he was responsible for end-to-end EUC completion using a cloud-based Java application Appian, UI/UX designing and implementation, database maintenance, and resolving issues received from JIRA in a timely manner. He also has experience working as a research intern at Robert Bosch Center for Cyberphysical Systems IISC. Sandeep is skilled in Python, GNU Octave, Java, and Machine Learning. He has a strong engineering background, having completed his Bachelor of Technology from National Institute of Technology Durgapur. Currently pursuing his Master of Science in Computer Science, he has a keen interest in full-stack web development. As a Graduate Student Assistant at Ira A. Fulton Schools of Engineering at Arizona State University, Sandeep is actively assisting freshman and junior students with their lab assignments and clearing their doubts on a biweekly basis. He is also a GSA for CSE 100 Principles of Programming and CSE 310 Data Structures and Algorithms. Sandeep's tech stack includes Software Engineering, Web, Java, ML, Jenkins, UI, Python, and Research Scientist. With 3.43 years of relevant experience, Sandeep is a strong engineering professional with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and services industry.
