Prior to his current role, Sandeep has worked with some of the top companies in the industry, including Walmart and Slice. As a Data Scientist at Walmart, he has leveraged his expertise in Credit-risk models and Predictive modelling to drive business growth. At Slice, Sandeep has worked as a Senior Data Scientist, where he has developed machine learning and deep learning models to evaluate the creditworthiness of students with no credit history. He has also worked on end-to-end full-stack aspects of data science, including data collection, EDA, ETL, modelling, deployment, and reporting metrics. Sandeep holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mining and Mineral Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology (Banaras Hindu University), Varanasi.
