Sandeepkumar Tamilmani is a self-taught software engineer with a passion for programming and designing systems. With 2.85 years of relevant experience, he is skilled in a variety of technologies including Go, Python, Java, Elm, TypeScript, Gatsby (React), Gin (Go), Spring (Java), DynamoDB, PostgreSQL, Sqlite3, Redis, Firestore, AWS, GCP, Heroku, GraphQL, Kafka, Docker, Shell Script, Yocto Linux, and Git. Currently working as a Software Engineer (Consultant) at Vethathiri Vision, Sandeepkumar has designed and developed a student admission and management portal using serverless architecture, with Next.js, Golang, AWS, and Razorpay PG. In his previous role at Hobnob, he worked on developing the Hobnob Topics and Intros features, implementing OAuth Flow for the application, and introducing CloudFormation to the team. He also worked on adding ICS attachments in meeting schedule emails, following iMIP best practices. At CargoAI, he developed an end-to-end Track & Trace microservice for several major airlines, integrated with the application, and optimized the Flight schedule microservice, reducing its API response time. He also rewrote the Notification microservice with decoupled architecture using well-defined interfaces, dockerized the crawler service to run selenium with headless chrome in AWS Lambda, and implemented an IP tracker module to track the number of requests for various services. Sandeepkumar holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Communication from SSN College of Engineering, which he completed in 2020. He also has a background in Science and Maths from Holy Cross Matriculation Higher Secondary School, Salem.
