She has worked with companies like Inmobi and Amazon in the past, where she was leading hiring for engineering, product, operations, and founders staff for India. At Amazon, she was responsible for setting up Marketplace, Seller Experience, and Junglee teams from the ground up in India. She managed SDE II and leadership hiring for Hyderabad and was also driving initiatives associated with improving and streamlining recruitment processes, candidate experience, MGHD. Sandhya has a Bachelor of Science degree in Botany, Chemistry, and Zoology from Delhi University, an MBA in HR & IB from IMT Ghaziabad, and a Post Graduate Diploma in HR from XLRI Jamshedpur. She has a tech stack that includes Big Data, Mobile, NLP, ML, Search, and Software Engineering.
