Sandip Agarwal is an experienced Digital Transformation Leader with a demonstrated history of working in the technical product and program management industry. He is currently the VP of Engineering at Traya Health, where he is building a new healthcare platform. Sandip has worked closely with most of the banks and life insurance companies in India and South East Asia. Sandip has previously worked as an Engineering Manager at Vymo, where he led product and engineering efforts to identify and productize product gaps and tech debts. He has also led product and engineering efforts for business monitoring and client health dashboard for predictability of system stability and alerting both internally and externally. As a Scrum Master for multiple client launch engineering teams, he managed an engineering team of approximately 25 members. Sandip has handled 15+ projects in parallel with customer interaction, including leading banks and lending companies in India and South East Asia. He has also been awarded Start Performer for the Quarter in AMJ 2020 and OND 2020. Sandip has also worked as a Delivery Manager (Data Engineering) at DataWeave, where he managed a data engineering team of 10 members and a customer support team of eight members working in three shifts 24/7. He implemented a standard process of requirement gathering and project planning, reducing manual QA cost up to 40% by adding more attributes and creating views for quality assurance. Sandip has handled 35+ projects in parallel with customer interaction, ensuring that none of the deliveries were impacted. He was also the owner for operational excellence of projects on a day-to-day basis. Sandip has a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Warangal. He has over 13 years of relevant experience as a Senior Software Engineer, Product Manager, Web, Data Engineering, Mobile, QA, SQL, Apache Airflow, PHP, MySQL, Azure, Python, and Java.
