He is proficient in using tools such as Froglogic Squish, Python, Shell, and Jetbrains YouTrack. Sandipan has also played a crucial role in setting up testing infrastructure from scratch, team recruitment support, testing processes, testing management tools, bug tracking tools, and automation tool & infrastructure setup. Sandipan has worked with SKF Group for a significant part of his career, where he has held various positions such as Lead Engineer Software Testing and Senior Engineer Software Testing. As a founding member of the Software Testing team at SKF, he was responsible for testing infrastructure setup from scratch, team recruitment support, testing processes, testing management tools, bug tracking tools, and automation tool & infrastructure setup in the bearing application technology domain. Sandipan holds a Master of Technology degree in Software Engineering from BITS Pilani Work Integrated Learning Programmes, which he is currently pursuing and is expected to complete in January 2022. He also holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Mechanical Engineering from Savitribai Phule Pune University. Sandipan's technical skills include Python, SDET, Senior Software Engineer, infra, and test. He has a passion for software testing and is constantly looking for ways to improve the testing process.
