Sandipan Kumar is a seasoned Product Manager with over 17 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he holds the position of Director of Product Development at Oracle, where he is responsible for extending Oracle CX Cloud capabilities through CX Apps platform. Sandipan has an impressive track record of leading and executing strategies for product development. Prior to his current role, he served as the Senior Director of Product Management at Clear, where he led the team to achieve success in leadership, strategy, and execution. In his previous role as Associate Director of Products at Ola, Sandipan led a product line from scratch for Ola ELECTRIC MOBILITY to build a smart IoT network of charging/swapping stations of Lithium-ion batteries (Battery-as-a-Service) across India for the electric vehicle ecosystem. He also led the development and implementation of a connected vehicle telematics product platform for 50k+ cars under Ola PLAY category. He managed a team of product managers to optimize maintenance cost and improve asset security and performance of 35k+ cars owned and leased by Ola FLEET TECHNOLOGIES – the largest commercial car leasing fleet in India. Sandipan is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, where he obtained a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Mathematics & Computing. He also holds a Post-Graduate Programme in Management (PGP) from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from HEC Paris.
