Sanesh Shashidharan is a Senior Software Engineer with over 6 years of experience in web development, specializing in building reusable and scalable components. He is also experienced in designing screens using Figma. His mantra is to research, question, learn, apply, and iterate. Sanesh's daily routine consists of 70% development, 10% meetings (scrum calls, requirement gathering & analysis, code review), and 20% UX designing (discussion, brainstorming, wireframing/sketching/prototyping, usability testing). He has extensive experience in JavaScript, TypeScript, Angular 4/6/9/11, HTML, CSS, SCSS, responsive web design, and UX designing. Additionally, he is familiar with Java, AWS, Jenkins, Node, and Linux. Sanesh uses tools such as VSCode, Webstorm, Eclipse, GitLab, Bitbucket, Jira, Notepad++, Tortoise Git, Figma, and Axure RP 9. Sanesh's aspiration is to become a team lead and eventually a product owner. Currently, he is working as a Senior Software Engineer (SDE3) at EPAM Systems, where he is the Senior UI Developer (Technical Team Lead) for Verifone Client. Previously, he worked at CitiusTech as a Technical Lead Grade I and Senior Software Engineer, where he was responsible for frontend development using Angular 6/9/10. Sanesh holds an Engineer's Degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering Technology from St. Francis Institute of Technology and a Diploma in Electronic Engineering from Thakur Polytechnic. He completed his schooling at St. Xavier's High School. In addition to his technical skills, Sanesh possesses excellent communication, teamwork, and leadership skills. He is a self-motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for learning and staying up-to-date with the latest technologies.
