Sangamithra Gopikrishnan is a seasoned Senior Business Intelligence Developer with over 8 years of experience in the insurance industry. She holds a Master of Science (M.S.) in Management Information Systems from Northern Illinois University and a Master of Science (MSc) in Software Engineering from PSG. Sangamithra is skilled in Management, HTML, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA), Business Intelligence, and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Currently, Sangamithra is a Program Manager at crayon'd, where she is responsible for managing and overseeing the successful delivery of various projects. Prior to this, she was the Director of Strategic Planning (Volunteering) at Dakshina Foundation, where she implemented cloud platforms, designed real-time visualizations to improve team productivity, and configured and implemented Salesforce NPSP. She also strategized different funding funnels, designed automation of the donation process, identified, defined, and represented new processes to support the current business rules for various stakeholders, and trained users on the newly implemented process. Sangamithra was an integral part of designing and building a web platform that helped provide groceries to the deprived during the pandemic. Before joining Dakshina Foundation, Sangamithra worked as a Technical Program Manager at Microsoft, where she efficiently used Trello boards to keep track of work items, collaborated with clients from different parts of the world, analyzed the User Experience of the Power BI reports, and recommended changes based on that. She acted as Scrum master and presided over scrum calls, translated the client's needs to the engineers, and acted as a bridge between them.
