Sangeetha has worked in three early-stage startups as a core team member, giving her wide exposure to various domains like HRM, IT recruitment, program management, operations, logistics, and accounts. Sangeetha has proven experience in people management, just-in-time procurement, customer grievance resolution, employee assistance functions, and onboarding strategic contractors, among others. She has worked on various IT requirements, including Mean Stack, Android developers, MERN developers, applications engineers, middleware administrators, front-end developers, UI/UX designers, full-stack developers, CRM developers, ETL developers, manual and automation test engineers, and Java developers. She has also worked on non-IT requirements such as sales engineers, project managers, business development executives, account-specific requirements, IoT requirements, and even leadership hiring. Sangeetha holds a postgraduate degree in human resource management from Symbiosis Centre for Distance Learning and a bachelor's degree in computer science from Bangalore University.
