Sanjana Kadam is a Cloud Platform Engineer at Allstate, with over 7 years of relevant experience in the IT industry. She is passionate about empowering people through information technology and believes that it can help individuals to be creative, productive and learn new things. In her current role, Sanjana is responsible for managing and maintaining the cloud platform at Allstate. She has a strong background in AWS, microservices, Terraform, Spring, Docker, Jenkins, Postgres, Ansible, Spring Boot, DevOps, infra, software engineering, test, Kubernetes, and integration. Prior to working at Allstate, Sanjana worked as a DevOps Engineer and Software Engineer at Capital One. During her time there, she built CICD jobs and Ansible Playbooks for Micro Services Deployment, designed and developed REST APIs using Spring and Spring boot, and configured AWS Lambda to build serverless applications. She also hosted microservices on AWS Cloud, managed different infrastructure resources like physical machines, VMs, and Docker containers using Terraform, and built applications for Service Discovery (Eureka) and Hystrix Monitoring. Sanjana has a Master's degree in Computer Applications and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Applications from Amravati University. She is highly skilled in building automation test frameworks and implementing integration tests using Cucumber. She has also developed cloud formation scripts to create Postgres instances and built Jenkins jobs to support different types of languages like closure. In addition to her technical skills, Sanjana is an excellent communicator and has experience in conducting bi-weekly demos for product owners and teams. She has a passion for learning and is always looking for ways to improve her skills and knowledge.
