Sanjay Bhutungru is an experienced Software Engineer with a strong background in Java, Compression Algorithms, ElasticSearch, Linux, and Algorithms. He has over 8 years of experience working in the internet industry, with a demonstrated history of working on various projects related to search, deep learning, and integration. Currently, he is working as a Software Engineer 2 at Microsoft, where he is using his expertise in Elastic Search, NLU, and Keras to develop and design software solutions. Sanjay has previously worked as a Software Development Engineer 3 at Groupon and as a Software Development Engineer 2 at Ola, where he was responsible for developing infotainment systems for the partnered drivers. At Ola, he worked on the voice interface based chatbot, which involved preparing NLU engines, recommendation engines, and a novel solution for handling multi-lingual speech utterances using traditional third-party Speech to Text services like Google Voice Assistant and Microsoft Cortana. He has also worked with frameworks such as keras, tensorflow, nltk, elasticsearch, docker, Flask, neo4j, python, basic machine learning, and deep learning (multi-layered LSTM’s with audio signal processing techniques). Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from NIT Warangal, where he gained a strong foundation in computer science, algorithms, and data structures.
