Sanjay Garg is a seasoned IT professional with over two decades of experience, including more than 15 years in various leadership positions in the fields of delivery management, strategy & planning, and pre-sales. He has a strong background in the BFSI domain, having worked for clients in this industry for over 15 years. Sanjay is currently the Delivery Head for the US Geographical region at Coforge, where he recently joined. Previously, Sanjay headed the global delivery team of the Insurance vertical for Fiserv, a leading Financial Services product and services organization, with P&L accountability for revenue of more than $25M, with teams spanning across India, USA, UK, Mexico, and Costa Rica. He achieved a CAGR of over 25% for revenue between 2015 and 2019, with client satisfaction scores of over 8.5/10, contract renewal rate of over 95%, and employee engagement score of over 80% consistently. Sanjay has established and run multiple delivery teams over the years, ranging from set up of an offshore ODC for 24*7-support of critical global applications for a leading Investment Bank to full-stack development and implementation using cloud-based digital platforms like Salesforce and AWS for clients in the Insurance domain. He established the Salesforce.com Practice for Fiserv, where a major achievement of the Practice was the migration of diverse core legacy Insurance systems to Salesforce.com for a large Warranty Insurance company by providing a full spectrum of services. Sanjay played a pivotal role in the establishment of a new IT services-based stream of business for Fiserv, which is predominantly an IT products company. Over the past decade, he has been building high-performing teams that deliver exceptional results for clients. Sanjay holds a Master of Technology (M.Tech.) in Industrial Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a B. Tech. in Production Engineering from the Govind Ballabh Pant University. He has expertise in Salesforce, AWS, Integration, and is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer.
