Sanjay Gupta is a seasoned Technology Leader with over two decades of experience in Product, Practice and Delivery Management. He has a proven track record in building teams, defining processes, platforms, and services, and is equally effective in multinationals or start-up culture. Sanjay has wide and deep experience in terms of technologies such as Web, Mobility, Cloud Computing, API Development, Analytics, and Enterprise Integrations. Sanjay is a results-oriented leader with skills in managing complex programs and projects with large globally dispersed cross-functional teams and working closely with client stakeholders (CXOs, IT Heads, Solutions Architects). He always works closely with teams and clients and focuses on what needs to be done to ensure issues are resolved to client satisfaction. He is currently the Chief Delivery Officer at Nivesh. Sanjay has held leadership positions in his past companies, including Vice President - Engineering at DMI and Vice President Technology at RateGain. At DMI, he was involved in Product & User Experience Design Workshops, technology planning & direction, pre-sales, strategy development, leadership & implementation, business & operational transformation execution, business solution delivery, and business development. At RateGain, he was responsible for the Hospitality Vertical and Brand Gain product suit. Sanjay holds an Advance Management Program from IIM Bangalore, Global Business Awareness from HEC Paris, Micro Masters in Business Management from IIM Bangalore, Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Physical Chemistry, and Bachelor of Science (BSc) Hons in Chemistry from Delhi University. He also completed his 10+2 from St. Mary's. Sanjay's technical skills include Senior Software Engineer, Mobile, Web, Android, and iOS.
