Sanjay Jha is a super geek, innovator, and leader with over 26 years of relevant experience in developing software products, building strong tech teams, leadership for high performance and innovation, and engineering processes for better efficiency and quality. He is a product guy at heart and loves to code and be part of new technology. Sanjay is the Co-Founder and CPO of trica.co, a LetsVenture company, which provides startups with an easy and efficient way to manage their equity (cap table & ESOP management) and provide liquidity solutions for their employees and shareholders. Investors can access growth stage startups all the way up to pre-IPO stage through trica.co. He is also the India Head of trica equity, the leading cap table and ESOP management product in India. Sanjay co-founded LetsVenture along with Shanti Mohan in 2013 to create India's first digital platform for early-stage startups to raise funding from angel investors. Till 2019, they have funded over 200 startups raising over 700 Crores from over 1000 Angel Investors through their platform. Sanjay was responsible for building the web and mobile apps since the idea stage to a mature product(s) that it is today. The product is known for its intuitive user experience and engagement, and the architecture underneath is highly secure and scalable as well. Sanjay has a GMITE degree in Business Administration and Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Bangalore, and an Integrated MTech degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. He has a tech stack that includes Mobile and Web technologies. Sanjay's past experience includes co-founding trica as CPO, where he had the privilege of working with hundreds of startup founders and closely understanding their unmet needs and solving for them. He was also the Co-Founder and CPO of LetsVenture.com, an online platform for angel investing and is today the largest in India.
