Sanjay Kale is an accomplished engineering and technology leader with over 27 years of experience in the industry. He has a proven track record of building and scaling product development teams, with a strong focus on security, data protection, cloud, and storage management domains. As a forward-thinking entrepreneur, Sanjay has tasted both success and failure, giving him a unique perspective on how to navigate the challenges of the business world. He possesses excellent interpersonal skills, which enable him to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels of an organization. Currently, Sanjay is the Co-Founder of a stealth security platform for the cloud-native world. In this role, he is responsible for driving innovation and building a world-class team of engineers. Prior to his current role, Sanjay held leadership positions at Continuum (acquired by ConnectWise) and iCertis. At Continuum, he led the engineering team responsible for a Unified IT Management SaaS platform, including BMR and DRaaS products, DevSecOps, and IAM. At iCertis, he led the engineering team responsible for developing a secure and scalable SaaS platform for Contract Lifecycle Management. Sanjay holds a PG Diploma in Advanced Computing from the Center for Development of Advanced Computing (C-DAC). He is a well-respected leader in the industry and has a descent domain and industry knowledge.
