SanJay is an IIM-I alumni and a Leadership & Change Management expert with Organization Development certification and experience under his belt. SanJay is the Founder & Chief Coach at Life Architect, where he transforms individuals, business founders, leaders, and their teams by empowering them to lead themselves, their people, and business with clarity, confidence, and compassion. He has been passionately serving his clients to get the best out of them using the GROWTH framework, which he has mastered in his 7+ years of coaching endeavors. SanJay has designed his own S-S-S* (Spiritual-Science-Sense) Framework for Holistic Transformation. SanJay completed his Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Software Engineering from RGPV and an Executive Certificate Program in Leadership & Change Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
