Sanjay Verma is a highly experienced IT professional with over three decades of experience in the industry, mostly within the government sector. He has been instrumental in the development of eGovernance in Rajasthan and has worked with the Asian Development Bank on consultancy assignments for the States of Haryana, Punjab, Rajasthan, and Ministries. Currently, he is working in the Urban development and Fintech sectors, suggesting innovative frameworks such as eGov, Blockchain & IoT. Sanjay has worked in various roles such as Assistant General Manager (IT) at the Bureau of Investment Promotion (BIP) and Assistant Manager (Systems) at Rajcomp Info Services Limited. In both roles, he was responsible for stakeholder consultation with effective coordination liaison, identification of training needs, and organizing training programs. He also gained experience in working with cross-functional teams, making performance metrics and benchmarking to attain desired service levels, and capacity building, motivation, and continuous support to the team of developers. Sanjay has a strong educational background with a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) from Rajasthan University, a Master of Technology (MTech) from Karnataka State Open University, an MBA in IT from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology - SMU, and a BSc in Science from S S Jain Subodh PG College, Jaipur. He also completed his High School from Christian Inter College, Jhansi, and Schooling from Laxmi Vyayam Mandir, Jhansi. Sanjay has expertise in Blockchain and has 19.96 years of relevant experience. He is currently working as a Consultant in the public sector and is known for his enthusiasm, positive attitude, and eagerness to solve complex issues. He has a track record of understanding the relationship between an IT department's responsiveness, organizational agility, and better management of end-user expectations.
