Sanjay Yadav is an experienced Asset Integrity-Mechanical Engineer currently working at Hindustan Zinc Limited, a subgroup company of Vedanta group. With over 4 years of relevant experience, Sanjay has proven expertise in improving the MTBF of Heavy Earth Moving Machineries (HEMM) based on Asset Optimization tools such as RCAs, Condition Based Maintenance, Predictive & Preventive Maintenance. He is responsible for improving and analyzing the quality of preventive maintenance and RCAs of HEMM, production-focused maintenance planning, and ensuring maximum availability of Pastefilling Plant comprising various types of Pumps, Agitators, Compressor and Conveyors. Sanjay has a deep understanding of Spare parts planning of Pastefilling Plant using SAP ERP software and is the coordinator for Permit to work & Hot-work safety standard of the unit. He has designed and implemented SOPs and SMPs for several jobs in Workshop & Plant and has led several technical & safety-focused Kaizens. Sanjay ensures 5S & safety standards implementation through Tool Box Talks, Safety interactions, Safety Action Meetings, Near Miss Reporting & Investigation with compliance to Zero-Harm policy. Sanjay started his career at Hindustan Zinc Limited as a Graduate Engineering Trainee and has worked his way up to his current position. Prior to that, he was a Campus Recruitment Coordinator at National Institute of Technology where he contacted & invited companies, organized several placement drives of 500+ students, prepared databases, coordinated between companies and candidates, and organized mock GDs and mock Interviews for the preparation of Placement drives. Sanjay holds a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Mechanical Engineering from National Institute of Technology, Srinagar, and a Higher Secondary degree from Kendriya Vidyalaya. He is a dedicated professional who is always pushing his boundaries and reshaping his future.
