Sanjeet Kathuria is an experienced Product Marketing Manager with a creative bent of mind and a strong background in the tech industry. Currently working at WorkInSync, a SaaS platform that enables a hybrid working model for organizations, Sanjeet is responsible for content marketing, website traffic, inbound lead generation, and sales enablement for SMB and mid-market. He has also driven B2B2C growth for GetToWork, MoveInSync’s shared mobility offering, achieving 1250 DAU, 2400 daily rides, with 50% MoM growth. Sanjeet has a track record of success in building customer experience centers, launching ATS, and onboarding key sourcing platforms. He has hired 20 InSyncers across Engineering and Product in just 5 months. Sanjeet also owns product documentation, training, and demos to internal and external stakeholders. Prior to his current role, Sanjeet worked as a Dance Production Manager at Vyuti Dance Company, where he managed P&L, PR, social media marketing, sponsorship, monthly newsletter, auditions, and vendor management of each show. He led the company to its first profitable dance show, with a bottom line of 5%. He also worked as a Senior Software Engineer Technical Lead at Neustar, where he prepared and executed technical roadmaps with timely feature delivery for key customers of Marketshare gamut of products. He developed tools that improved product performance by 12.3%. Sanjeet holds a Master of Science (MS) in Embedded Systems from Manipal School of Information Science and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow. He is currently pursuing a PGP in Management from the Indian School of Business, which he will complete in 2022.
