Sanjeev Rana is a highly motivated and accomplished Risk Consultant currently working at KPMG India. With over 5 years of relevant experience, Sanjeev has developed a deep understanding of risk assurance services including impersonation detection, elimination and prevention of brand name abuse on social media. He has also gained expertise in configuring social media listening and benchmarking tool “Talkwalker” to extract meaningful insights and inferences from social media data. Sanjeev holds a PGDM in Marketing and IT from T.A. Pai Management Institute, Manipal. During his time at TAPMI, he was a member of the Placements and Corporate Engagement Team, where he was responsible for managing corporate engagement activities, summer internships, final placements, corporate competitions, and facilitating both internal and external communication. He was also a part of the TAPMI Achievers' Club and TAPMI Placements Rep. Prior to joining KPMG, Sanjeev had the opportunity to work as an IT Risk Advisory Intern at the same organization. During his time there, he monitored and analyzed social media initiatives of the clients by performing sentiment analysis, campaign analysis, and competitor benchmarking. Sanjeev has a strong educational background with a graduation degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Institute of Technology and Management, and a 12th grade degree in Non-Medical from Indus Public School. He is highly skilled in Sentiment Analysis and has a proven track record of delivering quality work within tight deadlines.
