Sanjeev Dhokte is an accomplished IT professional with over 32 years of experience in the industry. He has a diverse background that includes Global Delivery Leadership, Delivery Management, HR leadership, Talent Acquisition Planning & Management, Hiring, Campus Hiring Strategy and Management, Coaching, Teaching, and developing APPs on the side. Currently, Sanjeev is the Chief Human Resources Officer at allwave-av systems, where he is responsible for leading the company's HR function. In his previous role as a Consultant and Coach at self-employed, he worked with organizations in the areas of IT Delivery Management, Project Management Office, Organization Design and Restructuring, Talent Engagement, Hiring Strategy Optimization, Training & Coaching people managers, and multiple other Talent Management activities. Sanjeev's experience also includes working as a Sr Manager Learning CoE & HR at eq technologic, where he led the Learning & Talent Management functions for the organization. During his tenure, he created an integrated organization-wide performance management system based on principles of continuous feedback, which helped streamline the performance management process across the organization's offices. He also created and conducted training modules for leads and managers in areas such as giving and receiving feedback, performance reviews, and other aspects of people management. Sanjeev holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Pune Institute of Computer Technology, where he studied Engineering.
