Sanjeev Gaurav is a highly skilled Senior Software Engineer with nearly 9+ years of experience in Java Development and Product Design & Development. He is currently working as a SMTS at Salesforce and has previously worked at ServiceNow, Oracle, OpenText, and Polycom. Sanjeev is a strong engineering professional with a Master's degree focused in Computer Science from BITS Pilani. He is also enhancing the ServiceNow scheduled discovery by Agent Client Collector framework integration end to end. Sanjeev has also developed the Mid-Manager application, which takes care of the lifecycle management of Mid servers. In his previous roles, Sanjeev has worked on various projects, including the design and development of tools like LCMPB for patching the LCM components at Oracle and FA Patch Manager for patching the artifacts on the Orchestration in parallel and multithreaded environments. He has also worked on OpenText's Analytics Distributed System Product – Information Hub (iHub) on its server component, REST API, SOAP API - Web Services, and integration of Distributed Cache – Apache Geode to iHub to increase the response time of Server & caching the frequent entries. Sanjeev holds a Master's degree in Computer Science from BITS Pilani and a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from RGPV.
