Sanjeev Parameswaran is a highly motivated and driven individual with a passion for bridging the gap between technological know-how and innovative business strategies. With a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the prestigious Indian Institute of Technology, Madras, and a Level 2 CFA certification, Sanjeev has a strong academic background and a deep understanding of the financial and technology industries. Currently working as a Program Manager at Share - Growing a New Generation of Leaders, Sanjeev has over 3 years of relevant experience in the industry. In his current role, he is responsible for managing and executing various programs aimed at developing the next generation of leaders. He has also worked with Deloitte as a Strategy Transformation consultant, where he assisted a construction chemical company in reaching their CY19 sales targets and conducted analyses of 1800 dealers on key performance metrics for India wide regional manager review meetings. Sanjeev has also demonstrated his leadership skills as the Head of SportsTech Summit at Shaastra, IIT Madras. He headed a team of 10 coordinators to conduct the first Sports Technology Summit in Shaastra and connected 200 delegates and 70 professionals to industry experts, garnering sponsorship of INR 6L. He also partnered with 14 firms like Star Sports and Global Sports Commerce using a new partner mapping strategy and initiated the Sports Analytics Hackathon to find data-driven solutions to sports problems. Sanjeev's strong academic background and relevant experience are complemented by his tech stack, which includes research scientist skills. He is a quick learner and has a passion for staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and industry trends.
