Sanjeev Singla is a strategic SaaS business and technology leader with a passion for building solutions to empower HR and the global workforce. With over 19 years of relevant experience, Sanjeev has proven professional experience in software development team management, SaaS product implementation, engagement management, implementation team management, client services and support, account management, and product management. He has hands-on experience in analysis, design, software development, support, services, QA/testing, and implementation, with exposure to diverse business domains that include insurance, telecom, HR, healthcare, and many more. Sanjeev has strong project management experience, leading and mentoring junior staff during both development and engagement/implementation roles. Sanjeev is experienced in hiring new talent for development and implementation roles, training, KT, and transition activities for new talent. Sanjeev is excellent in management activities, status reporting, tracking the work assigned, prioritizing, onsite/offshore coordination, client/vendor management, integrating new technologies and services to the products, and working with C-level executives. Currently, Sanjeev is the Director of Client Relations and Engagement at HRSoft. He has previously held roles such as Senior Manager of Software Development and Implementations and Software Development Manager at the same company.
