Sanjib Chaudhury is an accomplished Chief Technology Officer with over 23 years of experience in ideation to deployment of complex systems. He is currently an Honorary Member of IIT Bombay Industry Consortium on Smart Mobility at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Mumbai, where he serves as part of an academia-industry think-tank for synergizing efforts towards cutting-edge technology serving smart mobility needs. Sanjib has a proven track record of building organizational competence, providing strategic direction and making technological decisions, and leading cross-functional and multi-cultural teams towards successful program and project management. He is a complex systems thinker with expertise in AI, ML, and data science, as well as systems engineering, solution and systems architecture, military datalinks, weapons and sensors, underwater systems, power generation and distribution, control systems, algorithms, MATLAB, data fusion, and sensor fusion. Sanjib has worked with a number of companies in the past, including Vaaan Tech Systems and Infra Solutions, where he served as Chief Technology Officer. In this role, he was responsible for leading teams involved in systems engineering, systems integration, video analytics, sensor fusion, data fusion, RADAR, LIDAR, mechatronics, electrical, embedded software, image processing, machine learning, data science, web and mobile apps, manufacturing and quality control towards solution offerings in intelligent transportation systems (ITS), smart cities, IoT, command and control center software, toll management systems, advanced traffic and multi-modal transit management systems, smart parking, and intelligent public transport management systems in land and water. Sanjib also served as Principal Systems Engineer at Wesee, Ministry of Defence, where he was responsible for enterprise architecture and application software for wired and wireless networks, data-links, and software-defined radios. Sanjib holds an M Tech in Signal Processing from the Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, and a BTech in Electrical and Electronics from the Naval College of Engineering. He also has a Marine Systems specialization from a Specialization School and completed his 12th grade from Don Bosco School Siliguri. Sanjib has a strong tech stack, including infra, senior software engineering, ML, data science, AI, image processing, integration, mobile, and web.
