Sanjida Farhana Oishe is a technology enthusiast who has built and sold two startups and is currently working as a Fintech Manager at Eastern Bank Limited. Sanjida understands that her job involves people, who are complicated, constantly changing, and have millions of things going on in their lives. This is why she made a big decision to shift from corporate to entrepreneurship and then to a hybrid banker. She believes that her experiences have helped her gain a deep understanding of the business world and how to navigate it successfully. Sanjida has won several awards, including the CMO Asia Leadership Award and Women in Leadership by the Brand Forum. She is a graduate of a top 10 business school in Europe, where she earned a Masters in International Management in Digital Business. Sanjida's education history includes a BSc (Hons) in Software Engineering from Staffordshire University, a degree in Luxury Management from ZHAW School of Management and Law, and a Master in Management from IE Business School.
