-Liaison with the Business Head’s & Co-founders to understand their talent requirement and create a search strategy to identify the ideal candidate.
-Handling PAN India Non-Tech Hiring from Junior level to Leadership Level.
-Design, develop and maintain the recruitment process and establish internal workflows from the interview stage to offer negotiation and onboarding.
-Oversee the implementation of recruiting strategies to attract qualified candidates through social media, networking, employee referrals, and third party assistance.
-Sourcing resumes through multiple sources such as head hunting, networking portals, internal references and job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, X-ray Search, etc. 
-Track & maintain real time data points for ongoing searches, maintaining the TAT and provide insights to the leadership basis requirement.
-Engage with candidate’s post offer release to ensure timely completion of all formalities to sustain a touchstone candidate experience.      
-Pre-Joining Formalities- Conducting reference checks. 
-Hands on experience working on the HRMS tools like Oracle HCM and ZingHR.
-Responsible for managing the ATS - Recruitee to track all the candidate’s timely recruitment process.
