Sanju Saini is a passionate Engineer and Teacher with almost 3 years of relevant experience in the field of Software Engineering. He is currently working as a Software Engineer at In Time Tec, where he leads a team of 4 members and communicates with clients to understand their requirements and build products accordingly. Sanju is also a Mentor at Codesession Academy, where he teaches web development techniques like Python Django, HTML, CSS3, Javascript, and Git to students. Despite not having a degree, Sanju's passion for engineering and teaching has driven him to excel in his career. He believes that one's passion and dedication are more important than a degree, and he has proven this through his work at various companies. Prior to joining In Time Tec, Sanju worked at Arthonsys as a Software Engineer, where he built products according to client requirements using Python, Django, HTML, Bootstrap 4, and Ajax technologies. Sanju's education history includes a Diploma in Computer Science from Rajesh Pilot Government Polytechnic College and he is currently pursuing a Data Structures and Algorithms degree from Scaler Academy. His tech stack includes Software Engineering, Python, Django, Web, and Javascript.
