Sankalp Gulati is a highly skilled Data Scientist with over 10 years of experience in the field. Currently, he is the Head of Data Science at eka.care, where he leads a team of professionals in developing and implementing data-driven strategies to improve healthcare outcomes. Sankalp has a strong background in Machine Learning, Data Science, Time Series Analysis, Music Information Retrieval, Music Technology, and Signal Processing. He has worked on several challenging projects, including anomaly detection for time series, time series characterization, topic modeling, enterprise graph analysis, and feed timeline for discovering new insights. Prior to his current role, Sankalp served as the Head of Data Science at Synaptic, where he worked extensively on alternate data sources to draw meaningful insights for investors. He has also worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Universitat Pompeu Fabra, where he focused on automatic assessment of music performances in the context of MOOC platforms.
